Sally Bowman Osborn
Born into a musical family, Sally started with piano, flute and voice as a young child. Then at age 12 her focus turned to the guitar, taking lessons with jazz guitarist Herb Rogers, followed by her study of classical guitar with Clare Callahan at UC’s College-Conservatory of Music where she earned her Bachelor of Music degree. Bass guitar skills naturally followed. While she has enjoyed performing many different genres for decades, she finds performing with the Danny Davis Jr Project especially musically gratifying as together the group brings Danny’s many original compositions and ideas to life.
